Today’s Santa Barbara Independent has a nice article about our friend Pascale Beale and her forthcoming cookbook Les Legumes: Vegetable Recipes from the Market Table.

We have the book on order. The publisher says the book should be available in the third week of November. Les Legumes will certainly be on par with the earlier Market Table cookbooks, Salade and Les Fruits, which is to say, very good indeed.
